1. Introduction:
   Darshan College and Research Institute (DCRIB) is a “facilitation centre” of RAI UNIVERSITY INTERNATIONAL registered at Delaware, USA.
   
   The Degrees awarded by the University are recognized internationally. In India the degree is not recognized by the University Grant Commission.
   
   DCRIB has a well qualified and experienced staff to promote research in Theology. Students who are eligible can register for PH.D Course and do their research with us and get international degree.

2. Eligibility for Ph.D. Degree Course

   • M.A. Degree from any recognized University of India in any of the World Religions with a minimum of 50 % of marks in the aggregate.

   • Licentiate in Theology or Philosophy from any Foreign University with a minimum of 80% of marks in the aggregate.

   • M.A. degree Course in Sanskrit or Philosophy from any recognized University of the world with a minimum of 50% marks in the Aggregate.

   • M.A. Degree in Theology from any American University with a minimum of 80% marks.

   • M.Th. (Master of Theology) or M.Ph. (Master of Philosophy) from any Post Graduate Institute of Theology in India with a minimum of 60% of marks in the aggregate.

   • M.A. in any subject with 55% of marks and three years of experience in teaching or research.

3. Provisional Registration
   The Students who wish to register for PH.D Degree Course in Theology should do so provisionally to begin with for one year. During which they shall work under the direction of a Guide and prepare two papers on any branch of Theology for Local Research Seminars. Having done this they can get ready a theme for research preferably in the same branch on which they have worked. They should also provide sufficiently elaborate bibliography on the theme. Only then they are permitted to register definitively.
   
   Provisional Registration can be done any time of the year. Application for registration should be addressed to the Director of Research. For application form see the title “Registration”.

4. Fee Structure
   Fees to be paid to the Rai University International
   (Directorate of Distance Learing)

   • Provisional Registration Rs. 1600 = 00

   • Difinitive Registration Rs. 1600 = 00

   • Defence and Award of Degree Rs. 1600 = 00

The Fees to be paid through Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Directorate of Distance Learning” payable at New Delhi.

Fees to be paid to Darshan College and Research Institute

• Provisional Registration Rs. 5000 = 00

• Definitive Registration Rs. 5000 = 00

• Guide’s Fee Rs. 5000 = 00

• Examiner’s Fee (for each Rs 5000) Rs. 10000 = 00

• Defence Rs. 10 000 = 00

For SC/ST/OBC candidates the amount for Defence will be Rs. 8000/- and all other items under Darshan College and Research Institute will be reduced by one thousand.

The fees has to be paid through DD drawn in favour of Darshan College, payable at Bangalore

The Registration Fee should be paid to DDL first and the Enrollment Number from RUI has to be obtained, before making any payment to Darshan College.

A Xerox copy of the DD paid to the DDL has to be enclosed, while submitting the DD to the Darshan College.

Fee Structure for Foreign Students:
The Foreign students (except those from SAARC countries) who wish to pursue Research in RUI should pay double the amount for all the items above.
