NSS INAUGURATION AT DARSHAN COLLEGE
On the 07th of November 2022, NSS inauguration ceremony was held at Darshan College. Chief Guest Dr. Raveesha NSS Unit coordinator, Bangalore University, Rev.Fr. Robin Victor D’Souza, Director of Darshan College, Rev.Fr.Joy D’Souza Principal, Darshan college, NSS Program officer Prof. Balkhis ,NSS Asst co-ordinators Prof. Srinidhi Siddharth and Dr. Santhosh were present at the inauguration along with NSS volunteers.

At 11:45 AM the program started with escorting the guest to the seminar Hall by NSS march past team. The inauguration program started with the inaugural dance by NSS Volunteer followed by Lighting of the lamp by dignitaries. NSS coordinator Prof. Balkhis briefed the NSS Unit with annual report of the academic year 2021-2022, short video of the activities conducted in the academic year 2021-2022 was displayed to motivate the volunteers. Chief Guest addressed the gathering with his informative speech about the National Service Scheme, good opportunities available for NSS volunteers to do social services, followed by presidential address encouraging the students to serve the society with whole heart and mind. Principal addressed gathering with his enthusiastic speech, he encouraged the students to participate more and more for NSS activities which will render their service to the society one way or the other. The NSS volunteers sang the NSS Anthem. Program was concluded by vote of thanks followed by NSS Anthem.
