INTRODUCTION
On 29.08.2024, St. Anthony's College had the honor of welcoming Naib Subedar Narender and Havildar Anand, who was resource person for the day. The event was started with warm welcome by cadet BiBi Aisha and address delivered by the Principal of St. Anthony’s College Rev. Fr. Joy Wilson D’Souza, and PI Staff and shared an inspiring. Followed by Lt. Deepa, the Associate NCC Officer of St. Anthony’s College, also gave an inspiring speech.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Today’s program was all about selection for 1st year enrollment, on this day there were 24 enrollment’s students this year, which was inspiring for the future generation.
1st years enrollment started with a welcome speech by cadet BiBi Aisha by thanking all Dignitaries, and invited resource person with flower pot for NB Subedar Narendar Kumar sir and a flower pot for Havildar Anand Sing sir.
After that, Rev. Fr. Joy Wilson D’Souza gave an inspiring speech for freshers
After that Rev. Fr. Joy Wilson Dsouza, and ANO.LT. Deepa .M ma’am motivated and boosted their energy before selection.
The selection started with weight and height eligibility. And went with their running for 300 meters in ground.
Soon after that SD’s did 15 sit-ups and SWs did 10 sit ups.
Later, 15 pushups for SDs and 10 pushups for SWs.
There was sprint of 10 meters, of 40 seconds and had to do 13 sprints.
After a while there was photo session in front of PU college, students with PI staffs and ANO Lt. Deepa .M
After photo section there was written test for all of them, for 30 minutes.
Later, PI staff, Havildar Anand Sing sir were discussing about the exam paper with 1st year.
Soon after that ANO.LT. Deepa .M ma’am took the enrollment form and explained how to fill the form, where to write, and submission date.
