Pencil Sketch Competition @ St. Anthony’s PU College
‘We tend to become like those whom we admire’ – Thomas S Monson. Being the role model is the most powerful form of educating. In order to refresh the minds of the Students towards their Role Models, St. Anthony’s PU College organized ‘Pencil Sketch’ Competition. The theme for the event was ‘My Role Model’. Many students participated and depicted on the sheets their respective role models from National leaders to religious leaders. A role model in the flesh provides more than an inspiration; his or her very existence is the confirmation of the possibilities one may have every reason to doubt, saying, ‘yes someone like me can do this’. Its important what kind of person you have chosen to be your role model, for you will imitate that person to a greater extent. The event gave a glimpse of the role models the present generation imitates.
