Parents’ Orientation Programme
Every parent is the first teacher and every home is the first school. Understanding this great truth, the Management of St Anthony’s PU College held Parents’ Orientation programme in the college auditorium. Br Norbert D’ Souza, Chaplain in a hospice in New York was the Chief Guest and Br Joel Rosario, Administrator, Christ King Delegation, Mizoram-Tripura was the Guest of honour. He gave a call to be ‘Encouraging Parents’ to all gathered. Later, the Distinction holders and the toppers of the College in the II PU State Board Examinations 2018-19 were honoured and felicitated along with their parents. The Lecturers who had secured cent percent results in their respective subjects were appreciated and honoured. The Parents were given a glimpse of the formation and transformation which takes place at St Anthony’s PU College, highlighting the various activities organized throughout the year for the holistic growth of the students. It was a move to achieve - Academic Excellence and Character formation. The greatest blessing after the bounties of the Creator is the blessing of parents.
