Management organized a seminar on Stock Market
Trading & Investment. The resource persons Mr.
Thomas Rodrigues and Mr. Sri Kumar shared their
expertise in the field. To begin with they said:

heart.” Dwelling deep with the subject they
spoke on “Share Certificates, Demat Account,
Debt-Equity Mix in the capital structure,
Initial Public offers, Stock Exchange and its

Market-trading and Operators, Procedures
involved in buying and selling of Shares, Role
of SEBI in monitoring the stock exchange etc.”
