Darshan College engraves history at Bangalore University:
The Darshan College had the unique opportunity of being the part of 68th Independence Day Celebration at the Bangalore University on 15th August 2014. In the presence of the Vice-Chancellor of Bangalore University Dr. Thimmegowda, the Registrar Ms. Seethamma and the NSS State Co-Ordinator Dr. Srinivas, Darshanites performed an excellent classical dance which was well appreciated by the hundreds of the dignitaries. Moreover, the Darshanites voiced the classical “We are the world, We are God’s children” with melody and music. Not only the performance of the Darshan College Students was hailed by the Vice-Chancellor and other Dignitaries, but also they appreciated the concrete act of the Darshan Students who planted 75 saplings in the NSS Campus at the University. All credit goes to the Principal Prof. A. S. Chalam, to the NSS co-ordinators Balakiran, Mahesh M and Jyothi, to the Management, the Staff and the Students. Let the created history continue to growth to the greater heights!
