“All for the Nation” was the theme for Essay & Pencil Sketch Competition under the auspice of Ministry of Human Resources, Government of India. The Darshanites paid their homage of gratitude to the thousands of freedom fighters who laid down their life, sacrificing their families, their career and their future for the sake of country and for the future generations. A most noble deed for the nation, memories as alive as the resounding voice hailed the bravery and courage of the patriots.

Darshan Students also participated in the workshop on Career in Banking held at Jain College. Three eminent personalities from the Banking Sector Mr. N. K. Thimmaiah, Mr. John Williams and Mrs. Shanthala Bhaskar, the banking stalwarts shared their rich experiences and motivated the students on how to be equipped and skilled in a highly competitive banking sector. The Students thanked the Principal Rev. Fr. George Monis, Vice-Principal Rev. Fr. Nitin D’Souza and the Faculty members for the opportunities created and for leading them into the real world of work.
